Our laboratory holds CNAS accreditation and is fully authorized to test raw materials and components. As the core testing hub of our projects, it conducts rigorous inspection and full-process monitoring from product design to sample verification and mass production, so as to guarantee consistent product quality.Equipped with sophisticated testing equipment and staffed by a professional technical team, our lab also boasts rich expertise in explosion-proof product testing. Different Tests

Stress Tester
Ensures that steel plate products have been stress-relieved, preventing future deformation due to stress which could compromise explosion-proof performance.

High and Low Temperature Test Chamber
Used to test whether products can operate normally in high and low temperature environments. Significant changes in overall performance are especially noted in low-temperature conditions.

Salt Spray Test Chamber
Used to evaluate the product's resistance to corrosion in a salt spray environment, ensuring that explosion-proof performance is not compromised, especially when used on offshore oil and gas platforms.

Dust Test Chamber
Mainly used to test the product's dustproof rating in dusty environments, ensuring that products used in grain storage, food processing, and similar areas have adequate protection against dust.

Waterproof Test
Primarily used to test the overall waterproof performance of products, ensuring reliability when used outdoors or in coastal areas subjected to wave impact.

X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer
Measures whether the material composition meets requirements, such as determining if stainless steel is 304 or 316, or analyzing the composition of aluminum alloy products.
