Workshop Automation
Our production plant focuses on manufacturing high-quality explosion-proof products and is fully equipped with state-of-the-art production equipment and mature manufacturing technologies.The workshop features a high level of automation, delivering high production efficiency, consistent manufacturing processes and excellent product consistency.
Production Environment
We own a total of 432 units of production equipment, including 152 units of core machinery: horizontal cold-chamber die casting machines, precision cold-chamber die casting machines, vertical machining centers, gantry machining centers and horizontal composite machining centers.We are also equipped with industrial welding robots, fully automatic vibratory stress relief systems, fiber optic laser cutting machines and CNC hydraulic pendulum shears. Our comprehensive production capacity enables us to deliver high-quality explosion-proof solutions.In addition, we have complete wastewater treatment systems and automatic powder coating lines with integrated powder recycling systems, which fully demonstrates our commitment to environmental protection and high production efficiency.
Testing Center
HEXLON operates a CNAS-accredited laboratory with official inspection qualifications. We utilize advanced manufacturing processes and production equipment, and most key production processes have been fully automated or semi-automated.Our testing center is furnished with a comprehensive range of professional testing equipment and measuring instruments, including integrating spheres, distribution photometers, high-low temperature alternating humidity-heat test chambers, salt spray test chambers, dust & sand test chambers, IP ingress protection test equipment, spectral analyzers and universal measuring instruments.We are recognized as one of the advanced and fully equipped manufacturers within the domestic industry.
