Production Environment
We have 432 sets of production equipment, including 152 sets of core equipment such as horizontal cold chamber die casting machines, precision cold chamber die casting machines, vertical machining centres, gantry machining centres and horizontal composite machining centres. In addition, our equipment covers industrial welding robots, fully automated vibratory stress relieving systems, fibre optic laser cutting machines, CNC hydraulic pendulum shears, etc., ensuring that we are able to provide superior explosion-proof solutions. Our wastewater treatment works and automatic plastic spraying lines (with automatic recycling) also reflect our high regard for environmental protection and production efficiency.
Testing Center
HEXLON has the inspection qualification of CNAS laboratory, adopts advanced production process and equipment, the key process has been automated or semi-automated, the testing centre is equipped with a large number of testing equipment and measuring instruments such as integrating sphere, distribution photometer, high and low temperature alternating humidity/heat test chamber, salt spray test equipment, sand and dust test chamber, protection test equipment, spectral analyser, universal measuring instrument and so on, and it is one of the advanced facilities and well-equipped manufacturing enterprises in the same industry in China.
