Explosion-proof Principle

1.The explosion-proof principle of pressurized and ventilation explosion-proof distribution cabinet is to adopt dielectric isolation ignition source to achieve the purpose of electrical explosion-proof.That is,all the electrical components of the user are installed in a shell filled with positive pressure clean medium,so that the flammable and explosive mixture of gas substances in the external environment can not contact the electric spark or dangerous temperature of the electrical components in the normal operation,so as to achieve the purpose of electrical explosion-proof.

2.Type Px series pressurized cabinet:A kind of pressurized protection to reduce the hazardous classification in the pressurized enclosure from Zone 1 to the non-hazardous zone.

3.Type Pz series pressurized cabinet:A kind of pressurized protection to reduce the hazardous classification in the pressurized enclosure from Zone 2 to the non-hazardous zone.

Function Description

●Type px series pressurized distribution cabinet

1.Pressurized ventilation type:Uninterrupted and continuous air supply,the working heat of the electrical components in the pressurized cavity can betaken away at any time with good heat dissipation function.It can be equipped with detection instruments,analytical instruments,display instruments,low-voltage electrical appliances,frequency converters,soft starters,computers,etc.,and the whole product can be used as equipment start-up,control,central signal processing and control systems;

2.Pressurized compensation type:Intermittent air supply,the pressurized cavity with good pressure keeping and sealing

performance.

●Type pz series pressurized distribution cabinet

Type pz cabinet is only used in Zone 2 and/or Zone 21and Zone 22.Its ventilation type and compensation type function are the same as described above.When the internal air pressure drops to 50(can be adjusted to 25)Pa,it will continue to alarm,and The system can not be automatically power off.

●The gas source provided by the user is a clean or inert gas source.Generally,the instrument gas source on the user site can meet the requirements.The air source pressure is 0.2~0.8MPa
